What a good day

Just had to record on here what a brilliant day I had crafting with Mel Heaton. We bantered and put the world to rights. She has put on her blog about a new machine that is going to hit the UK in January.... I can't wait .

Time flies

My goodness I just can't begin to say just what has been happening since my last posting but I have had some nice times as well as the rotten ones. I have recently done my very first craft fair and this was a very small thing but the people at the church made me feel so welcome. Who knows it may become a habit. I took one photo and will endeavour to put it on this blog if I can remember how to do it. At the moment I have a horrid sore throat and feel very under the weather it may only last a couple of days fingers crossed.

A little time has passed...

Hello I notice that it has been sometime since I wrote here but I have my reasons.. I have been engaged in a complex event called life and that has sent me a curved ball. I am not complaining but geez life has been hard of late. But ... I hope I am through the worst now. I have learned some new things and hope I can now deal with life better.
I have been crafting I promise and I have taken some piccies. Again I will endeavour to put them on this blog if I can remember how to do it!
The best bit is I am going on a retreat that my dear friend Mel Heaton is doing. Can't wait what a lovely thing to do on a bank holiday!
I hope to get back to you about it... I don't think anyone reads this but in case you do... Pop over to paper dreams blog... Mel has a brilliant site.

Playing catchup

Hello anyone who is reading this...I just don't know where time has gone but I do know I have had an awful lot of stuff happening in my life just lately, some good but an awful heap of bad but I and my family are trying to get through some how. I will try to keep smiling...

Hello there..
I see it has been sometime since my last posting... Had lots of stuff that just seems to get in the way of nicer things happening... But... I did have a nice day last Saturday. Guess where I was? Yep spent the day with Mel Heaton at her scrapbooking class. Lucky me... I surprised her too by turning up in what was her dads little red sports car. I was very lucky to be able to buy it from her last year. Very nice for me... Not so for Mel.
I know I am blessed, it just takes time for life to show you that you are. I really enjoy driving about with my partner heaven... If a bit cold this time of year.... Hoping to have a better day tomorrow...

Another day in paradise...

Hi there, well another brilliant day ay Mel Heaton's scrap class. How else can a girl spend a brilliant afternoon in the company of lovely like minded friends? It was nice to see other people's work and get help for your own. I will put some pictures up of my pages soon.

What a lovely day

Hello there just spent a lovely afternoon with like minded people scrap booking.
My dear friend Melanie Heaton ran the session. I have never laughed so much. Yes we're there to scrap... but we are also there to share there to share good times and. This was definately one of them.... Bliss.

Well hello...

Well here it is my attempt at starting a "blog".

I am not saying I haven't had a go before... (it's just that they have not been so .. how can I say?.. easy to find for you and for me). You see I forgot my passwords etc sooo many times I lost count!
So guess what.....I started another one, made it more colourful and I found a good name .. similar to my others... and chose a nice background from LeeLou blogs.. (that was hard, as there are so many nice designs). So,four hours later... tadah... here we are!

I promise I will try to get into the frequent blogging habit as I have every intention to add to this often... so come and sit a while ... and share my joy of paper and all things crafty.
